Step into your private lakeside retreat — a thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa that blends comfort, style, and functionality.

The living area features a cozy sofa bed and panoramic windows offering breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán. Slide open the glass doors for a fresh lake breeze or relax with the ceiling fan or AC for total comfort. The smart TV is Internet-connected, so you can stream Netflix or YouTube with ease. You’ll also find a small guest guidebook with tips for massages, tours, water activities, and local food delivery.

Just behind the living room is a pantry area with an EcoFilter water filter for clean, refillable drinking water, and a kit with supplies for the firepit.

The dining and kitchen area offers a fully equipped space to cook and enjoy meals with a view. The kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, fridge, microwave with vent hood, spacious island, coffee maker (with coffee!), and all the essentials: salt, sugar, oil, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Trash bins are neatly stored in a pull-out drawer — and we encourage separating organic waste to stay eco-friendly.

The bathroom, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, is spacious and modern, with hot water in both the shower and sink. You’ll find fresh towels, natural macadamia-based shampoo and body wash (organic and lake-safe), and extra linens stored below the sink.

The bedroom is your private sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed with soft, high-quality linens and a massive window overlooking the lake. There’s a ceiling fan and AC unit (both with remotes), a full-length mirror, walk-in closet, and a secure safe with easy instructions for use. You’ll also find a TV here for cozy evenings in bed.

Guest access

Outside your villa, the natural beauty of Lake Atitlán awaits. You’ll have private lake access via a beautifully landscaped path and a series of stone stairs that lead directly to the water. Our private dock is perfect for sunbathing, reading, or taking a refreshing dip, the lake here is especially clean and ideal for swimming.

From your villa, you can easily explore San Antonio Palopó, a charming village known for its vibrant pottery and ceramic craftsmanship, a must-visit for cultural lovers. For exploring the lake, and other villages, you can choose private boat excursions or hop on one of the public launches from Panajachel.

Panajachel, the largest town around the lake, is just a short drive away. It offers a variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, nightlife, and other conveniences. The most common way to get around locally is by tuk-tuk, but if you have your own vehicle, don’t worry, we offer secure and private parking right on the property.
